Rob Bowdery was asked to research and write a detailed style guide to illustrate how a wide range of decorative effects and emotional moods could be achieved through the careful application of the Crown range of paints.

DIY and home decoration are big business with magazines, online features and TV programmes all promoting different ways of decorating your home and encouraging people to experiment with new looks and techniques.

The Crown Paints ‘Colour Schemer’ that Rob wrote for point-of-sale distribution in DIY stores provided six different decorating themes with Contemporary Living, Country Living, Classic Neutrals, Period Style, Fresh & Bright and Fun for Kids.
